If you decide to cancel your subscription within the first 24 hours AND provided you have not logged into the Member Area (ie. used your User Name and Password) you may request a refund of $69. This is the full annual subscription fee of $79 less $10.00 administration fee.

If you decide to cancel within 7 days, we will refund you 50% of the fee paid after which no refund will be made.

Any refunds must be advised to us in writing. Phone calls will not suffice.

No refunds will be given at anytime should any services or benefits be activated or products paid for by you or any person associated with you. This is fair and reasonable.
