The small print ...

We are an independent licensed Travel service provider and not associated with any airline, frequent flyer, or award program.

We only engage the services of licensed and accredited Travel Agency staff with years of experience and daily interaction with Airlines, Hotels, Car Rental, Cruise, Tour company, and Travel insurance and other travel providers and suppliers.

We service our MEMBERS in an unbiased and independent manner as we have no vested interest to satisfy.

All Frequent Flyer redemptions made on your behalf are subject to the conditions and fees HERE in addition to whatever membership/club/scheme etc that you join independently. It is your responsibility to locate, read and accept any membership conditions/fees/penalties that you have subscribed to.If you ask us we will do our best to comprehend what you have already joined that may not be clear of. Just ask us.

Through the payment of an annual subscription fee of subscription (inclusive of GST), subscribers will be entitled to:

  • Access the secure areas of the www.frequentflyerclub.com.au website.
  • Request a frequent flyer "Health Check" every 12 months.
  • Request unlimited email support for frequent flyer and related loyalty program queries.
  • Use the online Calculators unlimited times.
  • Participate in selected services provided by 3rd parties at a discount to the regular price. We may vary these services from time-to-time at our discretion. Details of all 3rd party services available can be found here.     

The subscription fee is refundable if cancelled only within the first 24 hours, subject to the conditions as specified in our Refund Policy.We are an internet based service. All communication will be via email or via publication on the www.frequentflyerclub.com.au website. We are not liable to subscribers for any information or opinions provided by third parties or quoted reports.

We assume no responsibility and disclaim any liability for the acts, omissions, or determinations of any 3rd party which provides services to subscribers.
