  • When registering with the Frequent Flyer Club, you will need to provide contact and payment details.
  • Contact information is used by us to contact you, and will not be made available to any other party that is not directly associated with us in order to fulfill your FFC transaction.
  • FFC must obtain travelers exact Passport details and other information in order to fulfill Airline, Government, Immigration and other legally required conditions. Any mistakes or errors made by you or your associated traveller(s) will be relevant parties responsibility and costs to rectiy-if that is at all possible. Very strict and onerous rules apply if you give us either verbally or written information that is incorrect or (in the case of Passports) incorrect data. If you supply us with incorrect data then your Travel and fees paid may be both cancelled and not refundable , if you provide us this information verbally or in written text relating to names/ages/flights/dates/times etc)- so what you give us must be exactly as per each legal document (passport etc) or required Travel deails. 
  • Any errors made by FFC staff will be our responsibility and we will rectfy as best we can at our own expense and time.
  • Financial information is used to process the payment for your subscription only. For online applications, we send this information directly to our e-commerce partners. We are not privy to this information, and have no record of your credit card or other financial details. For those choosing to apply by mail using our off-line application process: financial details will not be made available to any other party. Once payment has been received, we will delete this information from our files.

Additionally we have a simple DEBIT AUTHORITY form that allows you to download, print and either email or fax or mail to us.

These details are kept offline and not connected to any Internet facility, protected via firewalls and encrypted codes.

It is your choice as to which method you wish to adopt.

You will need to provide additional information when requesting your Frequent Flyer "Health Check". This information is used in our analysis of your frequent flyer program usage so that we can prepare your individual report. The information will not be made available to any other party.

You may need to provide additional information when using the discounted travel services. This information will be passed directly to the providers of these services and will be subject to their Privacy Policy.


We log all site visits. We collect standard details such as: the type of browser you are using, your IP address, ISP domain, time, date, pages viewed, and length of time that you spend visiting our site. This data is for internal use only.

We take every precaution to protect our members' information. When a member submits sensitive information (such as credit card details) via the website, it is protected both online and off-line. If entered online, sensitive information (such as credit card details) is protected with SSL encryption software. While on a secure page the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers becomes locked.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All member information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally-identifiable information.

Finally, the files & computers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked door.
