Our "money back" policy...
- If you decide to cancel your subscription within the first 24 hours AND provided you have not logged into the Member Area and used or requested any services or products that are accessible only to paid up FFC Members (ie. used your User Name and Password) you may request a refund of $69 This is the full annual subscription fee of $99 less $30.00 administration fee .
- If you decide to cancel within 7 days, we will refund you 50% of fee paid AND provided you have not logged into the Member Area and used or requested any services or products that are accessible only to paid up FFC Members .
- No refunds after 7 days.
- Any refunds must be advised to us in writing. Phone calls will not suffice.
- For all Memberships and any Services: No refunds will be given at anytime should any services or benefits be activated or products paid for by you or any person associated with you. This is fair and reasonable.
